WP5007 - AquaClave Mark 3 RO P5
The AquaClave Mark 3 remains a multi-stage system relying on five processes to deliver water to steam sterilisation equipment. The new model includes the automatic flushing system, a leak detector, USA housings and an up-rated power supply.
Meticulous attention to all stages of water processing includes 1 micron sediment removal and selection of the granular activated carbon specification.
The reverse osmosis low production AquaClave membrane has been engineered to produce exceptionally high quality in the most challenging water quality environment. To monitor performance a Total Dissolved Solids meter is supplied as part of the product.
The two-stage polishing system will remove remaining organic and non-organic residues thereby finishing the water to meet all AutoClave operating standards.

The AquaClave M900 Series remains the proven 5 stage AQUALIFE RO system but with an enhanced production capacity. Sufficient water to feed thermal washer disinfection and steam sterilisation equipment.
The M900 includes a larger capacity membrane, double ended high flow pump, a 40 litre storage tank or with an 80 litre tank option plus all the enhanced features of the standard AquaClave system.
The AquaClave M900 series model has a high capacity membrane with excellent abrasive resistance. The membrane will remove approximately 95% of all dissolved minerals and salts. The two-stage polishing system feeding the AutoClave will remove remaining organic and non-organic residues thereby finishing the water quality to meet all AutoClave operating standards. The water for the thermal washer by-passes this final treatment and is supplied direct from the membrane.
The availability of this volume of water enhances the economics of your investment and makes your choice of an AquaClave M900 series an intelligent decision.

New Direct Flow Aqualife Aquapod M3000 RO System
This system has been specifically designed for the Medical and Dental industry to feed thermal washer disinfectors and steam sterilization equipment.
Aquapod RO units are compact in size. RO Shell is Stainless Steel construction. Tank size can be 40L and 80L. SS 316 tank fittings are provided.
This is a low cost and low maintenance Reverse Osmosis system.
The Aquapod RO unit consists of a single prefilter, a membrane and a final polishing filter. Additional prefilter treatment can be supplied as an optional extra. The final stage polishing filter removes the remaining organic and non organic residue from the membrane hereby finishing the water quality to meet all autoclave operating standards. The water for the thermal washers bypasses this final treatment and is supplied directly from the membrane.
The system has no requirement for electrical connections.
The Aquapod series RO units are very user friendly and easy to use. The water filter and the osmosis membrane are located internally and are easy to replace. No Technician required.
Remember to replace the filter every 6-12 months and the membrane every 2-3 years.
The Aquapod M300 RO units includes Australian plumbing compliant brass hardware.
