The removal of contaminants and minerals such as chlorides and calcium/manganese salts reduce damage to instruments and minimise maintenance and cleaning costs for autoclave machinery such as hot water paths, boilers, and heat exchangers.

Quality water results for the medical and dental industry
Aqualife currently offers two models of its trademark AquaClave filtration systems: The Mk 3 low volume production series and the five-stage M900 series. The high-capacity membrane for each of these systems will remove approximately 95% of all dissolved minerals and salts.
The two-stage polishing system feeding your autoclave machinery will remove remaining organic and non-organic residues thereby finishing the water quality to meet all autoclave operating standards. The water for a thermal washer bypasses this final treatment and is supplied directly from the membrane of the M900 system – dependant on the chemical analyse of the feed water.
