Aqualife Cartridge Sets.
Aqualife cartridge sets include all four cartridges that have been carefully selected to provide the most effective pre-treatment process before feed water enters the membrane and the final post treatment or polishing process to give the final water quality required by the application.
It is important that the cartridges be inserted correctly in regard to placement sequence which is colour coded and that the cartridges are placed correctly in the vertical position and/or direction of water flow.
IMPORTANT. The use of non-specified cartridges may not produce the required chemical specification for the product water and will nullify all guarantees and product warranty.

The AQUALIFE® Coffee Machine Filter Set has been designed for the discerning consumer of fine coffee. The cartridge has 1 micron pre-filtration that will give excellent water clarity. It also incorporates an advanced technology Granulated Activated Carbon, and balanced bi-metal media with excellent chlorine, organic and heavy metal removal properties. The media also provides a static micro-bacteria environment.
The Quattro cartridge gives coffee lovers water that passionately embraces that treasured and unique coffee flavour. The technology and also inhibits the development of lime-scale build-up that can damage the delicate components of your coffee machine.

Specifically chemically engineered for the food and beverage industry, the AQUALIFE Quattro cartridge incorporates the magazine housing technology. This cartridge design maximises contact time of water with the media and provides a four-stage water treatment system.
The mass of high surface area from the specially selected Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) leads to a high level of organic chemical and free-chlorine removal.
The Quattro also incorporates a bi-metal material using the redox chemical technology to reduce the level of heavy metal contaminants.

WC1011M Mineralisation Cartridge
This cartridge has been developed to improve the nutritional quality of highly refined water which has been treated by the reverse osmosis process by adding the necessary essential elements for sound human development and health.
Essential nutrients including Calcium, Manganese, Sodium and Potassium naturally present in mineral water are absorbed from the cartridge. Consequently, the AQUALIFE Mineralisation cartridge provides a desirable support to a healthy well-balanced diet.

WC1011AA Aqualife Alkaline Cartridge
The cartridge has a multifunction purpose. For the health conscious and coffee enthusiast it will give excellent alkaline water that is beneficial in reducing acidic build-up within the body as well as adding magnesium to enhance the flavour of the coffee.
For the health conscious the cartridge provides hydrogen rich alkaline water that is essential for the proper functioning of the nervous and muscular system, antioxidants that protect cellular aging and maintains the body’s Ph. equilibrium.
RO technology will reduce up to 95% of dissolved minerals and salts which can in some cases reduce richness of the coffee flavour.

WC1011A Zapper
This cartridge is built to reduce organic elements and chlorine that will impact on the taste and odour of water. The grade of GAC complies with the nominated Aqualife standards with a predominance of micropores measuring under 1 manometer in diameter. Aqualife also specifies density, hardness, moisture, total ash content iodine number and pH.
Applications vary from post RO polishing cartridge, refrigerators, water coolers and domestic water treatment systems.

Manufactured by Dalton UK – a name associated with drinking water filtration for over 150 years. This is a three stage cartridge combining the highly efficient properties of ceramic, with the enhanced properties of GAC and heavy metal reduction using ion exchange media. WC1005L Carbon Block
The product is manufactured from GAC carbon powder using a polymeric binder. The block is made in a tubular porous form in which the water to be purified is passed from the outside to the inside of the block.
The product has many applications because of its high adsorption characteristics which makes it a prised component of Aqualife RO water treatment systems. The product releases very few carbon powder fines and will not channel.

This cartridge can be described as a “common“ carbon cartridge. The outstanding feature is that it is very difficult for it to experience premature blockage in comparison with the carbon block specification. Consequently, the product has a ready application on those sites where suspended solids are an issue and where good quality drinking water is required.

This is a 100% ion exchange resin cartridge. The product is the final treatment process for the AquaClave and related medical RO systems. Aqualife purchases at a maximum time interval of 4 weeks and stores the stock holding in a cool dry position. The resin can be guaranteed to be fresh.

WC1025C Calcite Cartridge
Calcite is a naturally occurring calcium carbonate media. When properly applied, it corrects pH only enough to reach a non-corrosive equilibrium which makes it ideal for the AquaCafe RO final stage post treatment in the coffee industry.
A 5 micron sediment filter inside the calcite cartridge ensures that the water leaving the Calcite filter is free from sediment and Calcite fines.

WC1002A Aqualife #401 Super Cartridge
This cartridge was the first cartridge selected by Aqualife to establish their stamp of only offering customers the best in high quality water treatment. The cartridge is USA manufacture and offers outstanding chlorine, taste and odour reduction. Furthermore, it will meet NSF/ANSI Standard 53 for turbidity and cyst reduction including Cryptosporidium and Giardia, Entamoeba and Toxoplasma.
Soluble lead reduction is achieved using an iron exchange technology meeting the performance requirements of NSF/ANSI Standard 53 protocol for over 2,500 gallons when operating below 0.75 GPM.
