Aqualife removes harmful sediment, salts and chemicals
Aqualife’s reverse osmosis system offers a range of built-in re-mineralisation filters to provide the highest quality water needed by every individual cafe proprietor. The range of filter media Aqualife can offer means we can tailor make the taste to fit the desired flavour of their coffee — good news for cafe owners who want to offer their customers the very best experience.
Equally important, the removal of contaminants and chemicals such as calcium magnesium salts that slowly build up inside machines’ hot water paths, valves and boilers. This will reduce damage to coffee machines to ensure they last longer and require less costly maintenance and servicing over the long term.
The removal of the corrosive chloride salts from water by using Aqualife’s reverse osmosis systems will prevent pitting of stainless-steel boilers in particular and when combined with your selected remineralisation cartridge gives you perfect water for the perfect coffee taste every time.
“Without water our society cannot exist, I rely on the best quality water for use in my Café Assist milk steamers, that’s why I use the Aqualife S900 reverse osmosis system.”
Bill Purton, Bio chemist and creator of the Café Assist Milk systems
Perfect water for the Perfect Coffee Taste
Aqualife’s relationship with the Australian coffee business began in 1994, thanks to the support and encouragement of three key industry figures: Alan Kilpatrick of Diamond C Services, and Ray and Danny Genovese of Genovese Coffee.
Aqualife’s technical innovation is clearly evident within this industry. We introduced redox technology to the sector, and we were also the first to launch reverse osmosis to the Australian market, back when it was considered foreign terminology. Wolff Coffee Roasters and Five Senses Coffee remain two of our long-term, loyal customers.
The reverse osmosis system helps to remove contaminants such as excessive calcium and manganese salts that generate limescale and chlorides that cause corrosion. Untimely breakdowns and result in excessive maintenance costs. Water treated via reverse osmosis can keep equipment operating in as-new condition, reducing overheads for both large and small businesses.
In addition to reverse osmosis products, Aqualife offers a range of standard filter systems for areas where water quality does not require reverse osmosis technology.
Aqualife is an associate member of the Australian Specialty Coffee Roasters Association and is constantly adapting to change and innovation within this dynamic and highly competitive industry.
